Authorities believe the first murder took place over a drug debt. They arrested Cory Keubler in that case.

In the second murder, Ellsbury and Grisham were shot to death in their home. Police believe the motive for those murders was personal. They said the woman killed is associated with Keubler.

In the third homicide, detectives say kidnapping victims got a gun away from their kidnapper and shot him.

Police say there is an Irish Mob gang connection to some of those scenes. They are also testing guns used in the kidnapping to see if they are connected to the other crime scenes.

The fourth murder was during an argument between two men at One Eton Square Apartments, according to police. Officers arrested Jakhai Adams who said he was in fear for his life when he shot Tareq, an arrest report states.
