Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief got 3,600 dinners out to flood victims in Baton Rouge on Friday. The group began setting up Thursday morning, but had to wait until late Friday morning on a propane gas shipment so they could cook.

While they were doing that, we headed over to St. Gabriel Parish, where conditions are still dire.

Norbert Loupe is a retired Police Chief for the local Levee Board. His and his wife's manufactured home is surrounded by three feet of water. Their home is about four feet off the ground.

"I been here 48 years, and this has never happened," said Loupe.

He says he and his wife, Susan, are going to try to stick it out a little longer. Everyone else around the Loupe's already left.
