Suspect Arrested After Leading OKC Police On Chase In Stolen Vehicle

A suspect was arrested after leading Oklahoma City police officers on a brief chase in a stolen vehicle Friday afternoon.

According to police, officers spotted a stolen vehicle in the area of S. Meridian and Enterprise Dr. The driver then led officers on a pursuit that ended at Reno and Ann Arbor, where the suspect crashed the vehicle.

The suspect reportedly then ran away. Officers were able to apprehend the suspect after a brief use of force. One officer suffered a minor injury to the shoulder while taking the suspect into custody.

Police have not released the suspect’s identity at this time.
