Police Respond To Shooting In MWC Neighborhood

Police responded to the scene of a shooting in a Midwest City neighborhood, Wednesday afternoon.

Officers were called out to the shooting at a home in the 2900 block of N. Trosper Dr., near NE 23rd St. and N. Post Rd.

According to police, two male teens were walking north on Trosper near a small convenience store when a red Dodge Durango pulled up and fired multiple shots, striking one of the teens in the shoulder. That person was transported from the scene by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

No other suspect information has been released at this time.
