An Oklahoma City man was arrested on multiple complaints, including attempted rape and Peeping Tom.

According to police, Tristan Eugene King, 34, was arrested on August 4 in connection to two incidents that happened inside women’s bathrooms on July 14.

The first incident happened inside a women’s restroom at 4801 N. Classen. The victim told police she was inside a stall when she saw King looking at her from under the stall.

The second incident happened inside a women’s restroom stall at 3601 N. Classen. The victim said she saw King’s hand reaching under the stall wall. King reportedly then exited the stall he was in and walked towards the restroom door. The victim left the stall and tried to leave the restroom, but King was blocking the door.

According to police, the victim pleaded with King to let her leave. But King approached her instead. So she ran back inside the stall.

As King followed the victim into the stall, the victim said she ran for the restroom exit. That’s when King wrestled her to the ground. The victim said she began yelling for help. An employee came and helped free her from King.

According to police, at both locations, King wrote about and drew obscenities on the bathroom stalls.

King was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on multiple complaints, including assault and battery, attempted rape, Peeping Tom, threatening to perform an act of violence, trespassing after being forbidden, and trespassing on a private property. He’s being held on $63,000 bond.
