A trough out west and a front draped across Kansas will keep a slight chance of storms in northwest Oklahoma and in the panhandle Wednesday evening and overnight. Most will stay dry under mostly clear skies with mild temperatures.
Mostly sunny skies are expected again Thursday with a very slight chance of an isolated shower or storm. Higher chances will stay in the panhandle. Temperatures will top out near 100 degrees.
A heat advisory is in effect for central and eastern OK through Thursday evening.
