Mustang Boy, 15, Accused Of Distributing More Than 1K Images, Videos Of Child Porn

Investigators with the Canadian County Sheriff’s office are working on a disturbing case involving a Mustang teenager, allegedly possessing and distributing hundreds of images and videos of graphic child pornography.

The 15-year-old male suspect was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on July 19, following a week-long investigation into the crimes.

Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s (OSBI) Internet Crimes Against Children task force originally contacted the sheriff’s office after first being alerted by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children.

Investigators worked quickly to gain a search warrant after they learned that hundreds of graphic videos and photographs of child porn, some showing victims as young as 4-years-old, were being distributed from the home.

“As our investigators were walking to the front door, the suspect actually opened it, peeked out.  Apparently, by the look on his face he was a bit surprised, and slammed the door shut,” said Chris West, Canadian County Undersheriff.

No parents or guardians were home at the time of the warrant search. A preliminary search of the suspect’s devices revealed more than 300 videos and images of child porn. After the suspect’s guardians arrived, investigators presented them with a copy of the search warrant and explained what was going on.

Investigators interviewed the suspect with the guardians present and obtained a full confession, according to the report. The teen was then taken into custody and multiple devices were taken from the home. To date, more than a thousand graphic videos and photos have been recovered.  

Due to the suspect’s age, the Canadian County Sheriff’s office has not released his identity. He is currently in the Canadian County Juvenile Detention Center.
