A slight chance of scattered showers and storms will stay in the forecast Wednesday evening. Higher chances will be in eastern and southeast Oklahoma.
A complex of storms will try to form over Kansas and drift into northern Oklahoma. We will keep a slight chance in that part of the state with it likely falling apart as it approaches Oklahoma City.
Thursday will be very similar with partly cloudy skies, a slight chance of scattered showers and storms and hot temperatures.
There is a low threat that storms become severe in northern and northwest Oklahoma Thursday evening with small hail and damaging wind possible.
