There is a slight chance of storms Wednesday evening, in far southwest and northeast OK. Most of us will stay quiet under mostly clear skies with overnight lows in the upper 70's.
A front draped across the northern part of the state will help trigger showers and storms Thursday afternoon and evening. Storms are most likely in northern and northeast Oklahoma. Chances decrease the farther south of the boundary you go. There is a low threat that these storms become severe with large hail and damaging wind. A tornado cannot be ruled out, especially in far northeast Oklahoma.
