Police officers responding to reports of a hostage situation involving a man and a baby in southeast Oklahoma City were unable to locate a scene.

Authorities were originally called out to a home in the 600 block of S.E. 33rd St. where a man had reportedly doused himself in gasoline while holding a baby, threatening to set himself ablaze.

Multiple police units responded but were unable to locate anything resembling what was reported. All units have since been recalled.
