Police say littering led to a stolen pickup chase and three arrests late Thursday in east Tulsa.

Officers noticed someone in a white Ford pickup with four people inside toss a beer car out a window near 46th and Memorial and began to follow it.  After checking the truck's tag, which showed the pickup was stolen, the officer attempted to stop it.

Police said the pickup took off and a chase wound its way through several Tulsa neighborhoods.  During the chase, police said a passenger got out of the truck and ran away.

The chase eventually ended in the 6000 block of South 72nd East Avenue.  Police took the 18-year-old driver and two other teens, a male and female, both who were 17-years-old into custody.
