Baltimore's Little Italy Salad

  • 1 head or iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 package grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 4 hardboiled eggs sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
  • Black olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil

Add:

  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Place all of the vegetables in a large bowl. Add the rest of the kngredients into a mason jar (except for the Parmesan cheese.)
  2. Shake the jar well to combine. Add the cheese to the top of the salad before serving. Toss with the dressing and serve!
