Baltimore's Little Italy Salad
- 1 head or iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 package grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 4 hardboiled eggs sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
- Black olives sliced
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
Add:
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- Place all of the vegetables in a large bowl. Add the rest of the kngredients into a mason jar (except for the Parmesan cheese.)
- Shake the jar well to combine. Add the cheese to the top of the salad before serving. Toss with the dressing and serve!
