Tuesday morning, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is following up on more than 100 leads into the Orlando massacre. We're also hearing more stories of survival following the shooting rampage.

It was a somber scene Monday night in Orlando as thousands lit candles, cried, and shared hugs during a vigil for the 49 victims.

Investigators now say the gunman appears to have been self-radicalized, while his father says he was homophobic. Meanwhile, investigators are trying to confirm claims by at least one club-goer that the shooter had been at the club at least a dozen times before the massacre.

Tuesday morning, we're hearing from a survivor who escaped the club and then stopped to help a stranger.

“His arm was split in two, and he had a gash on his side, and I quickly took off my shirt and used it as a tourniquet and just comforted him, talked to him, distracted him from being negative,"  survivor Luis Burbano said.

Surgeons say the hospitalized victims are expected to survive. President Obama will travel to Orlando on Thursday to pay his respects to the victims' families.

In response to the massacre, there will be extra security on hand for the LGBT Pride parade next weekend in Oklahoma City.
