A recent survey shows millennials would rather turn to Web MD and other internet sources than go to primary care physicians.

Instead of checking in with a physical doctors, the new survey done by FAIR health found that young adults prefer urgent care websites. The survey found that more than half of millennials will consult with websites including Wed MD and Google before heading to the doctor's office. But that can be a bad thing.

Researchers say that while online remedies may be convenient, some sites are loaded with inaccurate information. Researchers also say the internet can't replace an actual doctor. With Physicians, there's less of a chance that something will be overlooked.

Lastly, primary care physicians can screen for certain disorders that obviously websites cannot.

Though you may ask the internet about certain symptoms you have, there may be hidden symptoms you are not aware of that a physician can spot.
