Oklahomans for Health isn’t the only group asking for your support for medical marijuana ballot initiatives.

Businesses across Oklahoma City and Tulsa are joining.

Oklahoma City voter, Marty Wilson, signed without hesitation while shopping Tuesday.

“I think it can help a lot of people, there’s a whole lot of people who need it,” he said.

Oklahoman’s health last attempt to get medical marijuana on the ballot was unsuccessful.

They raised roughly 80,000 signatures when they needed more than 150,000.

“You gotta look at both sides the good and the bad,” said Wilson.

Co-owner of OKC Organics, Janine Bradley said there plenty of good in natural remedies.

Hers is one of 45 officially collecting for the ballot initiative.

Oklahomans for Health needs 68,000 signatures to move forward.

Should the measure pass, Bradley says she’s ready.

“I know when the time comes our store will be here to service the great state of Oklahoma,” she said.

The group has until August to collect the signatures needed.
