Big Country Breakfast

  • Sausage links
  • Eggs
  • Cheese
  • Frozen hash browned potatoes, thawed
  • Chopped onions and green peppers
  • Cheddar cheese
  1. Using a large sheet of heavy duty foil, place 2 sausage links in the center. Top with hashed brown potatoes, add onions and green peppers, crack an egg over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Place another sheet of foil over the top and seal the edges. Cook in the hot coals for 25-30 minutes or until sausage and egg is cooked.
  3. Open carefully and eat it right out of the foil, fireside!
