An Oklahoma City woman is speaking out after fighting off a suspect who broke into her home on the southeast side of the metro.

Natalie Williamson and her daughter were at home Wednesday and say they weren’t expecting any visitors. But Kenneth Williams had other plans in mind when he climbed through their back window.

“I feel like he targeted several different houses for the simple fact there were no cars in the driveway,” said Williamson.

John Lentz lives just down the street and says his daughter-in-law saw them same man trying to break into his home.

“She just kept yelling at him to get out of the yard or she was going to put a bullet in him,” said Lentz.

Williams ignored Williamson as he climbed through her window. Fearing for her safety, she unloaded on him with anything she could get her hands on,

“It took me to hit him with crutches and a vacuum and I even reached up and punched him a couple of times out the window,” said Williamson.

When that didn’t work she went for a knife, holding the suspect at knifepoint until police could come and arrest him.
