Our warm, sunny weather of last week has been replaced by Friday night's cold front.

Saturday, expect highs in the 50’s and 60’s with a breezy northeast wind up to 25 mph. Winds will come down a bit as the day goes along. Scattered showers and storms that developed in the panhandles Saturday morning, will move southeast across the state. While we may have some lightning throughout the state, News 9’s weather team is not expecting severe weather.

Sunday, will be much of the same. Cloudy, chilly, but the rain will likely be heavier and more widespread as it moves west to east across the state. Thunderstorms are possible with the activity Sunday as well, but again, no severe weather is expected.
