The American Civil Liberties Union of Oklahoma (ACLU) and a group of citizens have filed a lawsuit against the City of Oklahoma City over its panhandling ordinance.

We spoke with the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit, who sells Curbside Chronicle magazine. He said the law has drastically hurt his business.
