Police are on the lookout for a woman who has cashed more than $10,000 in stolen checks.

Surveillance footage of the woman was obtained at a Tinker Federal Credit Union Branch in northwest Oklahoma City back on March 15.

According to the police report, the woman went to the drive-thru of the bank in a dark, newer-model Nissan Pathfinder, presented an ID card and proceeded to cash two personal checks – one for nearly $2,500 and the other for roughly $1,800 -- made payable to “Kam Parrish”. The teller cashed the checks and the female suspect drove off with the money.

The woman, who is not Kam Parrish, then repeats the scheme at other TFCU branches; one that same day and another on March 16. In the subsequent crimes it looks as though she attempted to alter her appearance.

If you recognize the suspect you are asked to call Crime Stopper at (405) 235-7300 or send an online tip to www.okccrimetips.com
