OKC Man Charged With Negligent Homicide In Hit-And-Run That Killed Woman

An Oklahoma City man has been charged with negligent homicide in connection to a hit-and-run crash that killed a woman back in August, 2015.

According to court documents, on Monday, 63-year-old Howard Banks was charged with negligent homicide in connection to a hit-and-run crash that killed 22-year-old Alexandra Ayala on August 28, 2015.

The crash happened on S.E. 89th near Shields. Police were able to take Banks into custody quickly.
