Skies stay clear Thursday night and our northwest wind becomes pretty light. Temperatures will drop to the mid-30s allowing for the possibility of frost.

The wind shifts to the south Friday ahead of a cold front. Temperatures climb to the upper 60s under partly sunny skies. Rain chances will stay to our north.

The fire threat will be extreme Friday afternoon ahead of the front.
