1 cake mix of your choice (prepared as cupcakes)

M&M Easter egg candies

buttercream frosting

Easter Sprinkles

Prepare the cupcakes according to the package instructions. Cut the center out of cupcakes. Tuck the M&M's into the center of the cupcake. Using a ziploc bag or pastry bag and pipe on the frosting covering the hole. Add sprinkles and any other embellishments.

Easy Buttercream Frosting

1/2 cup Braum's unsalted butter (room temperature)

4-5 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2-3 Tablespoon milk

Using an electric mixer beat the butter till smooth. Mix in the vanilla, milk and powdered sugar till smooth. Add more milk as necessary.
