Four people are in custody after a robbery at the Waterstone Apartments near 61st and Peoria. Police say three teens and a 23-year-old man broke into the Tulsa apartment and took several items from a man, including his car keys and vehicle.

At about 12:30, police spotted the car and arrested two people inside near East 63rd Street and South Owasso Avenue. Two others jumped out of the car and ran.

Police found and arrested them sometime later after following leads, records show. Detectives interviewed all four and booked them into jail.

The adult suspects have been identified as 18-year-old Ivory Warren, who was booked on complaints of robbery, first-degree burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle, and 23-year-old Rahjeen Lastraps, who had an outstanding warrant.

The two juveniles, who weren't named, were booked on complaints of robbery, burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle.
