Man Arrested After Norman Shooting Leaves Another Man Critically Injured

One man is in Cleveland County jail after a shooting left another man critically injured early Sunday in Norman, police said.

Nathan Raizen, 25, was arrested on a complaint of assault and battery with a deadly weapon. 

Shortly after 12:45 a.m., police found Steven Manzila, 22, shot in the 2900 block of Willow Creek Drive.

Manzila was taken to OU Medical Center and is in critical condition, police said.

Police said the incident began as a disturbance.
