Firefighters Battle Blaze At Barn North Of Edmond

Firefighters are working to get a handle on a barn fire just north of Edmond.

Large black plumes of smoke can be seen spewing from the property, located in the 3400 block of E. Waterloo Rd., near N. Coltrane. Once on scene Edmond firefighters saw that the barn was completely burned down and the fire had spread to an adjacent outbuilding.

Authorities say at least two vehicles and a boat were being stored in the barn. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
