Severe Storms Possible This Week In Oklahoma

Showers and storms in parts of central and eastern Oklahoma will continue Monday evening.

There is a slight chance of showers and storms in western Oklahoma. If they do develop, they have the potential of becoming severe with large hail and damaging wind, but weak tornadoes cannot be ruled out so stay weather aware.

Lows will only drop to around 60 degrees overnight. Another wave of storms will move north from Texas and spread across the state overnight into Tuesday morning. There is a low threat that some of these storms become severe in southwest and southeast Oklahoma.

Highs top out in the upper 60s Tuesday afternoon.
