Oklahoma City police officers and Grady County Sheriff's deputies worked together to arrest two people wanted for selling stolen chemical pump batteries.
Deputies arrested 40-year-old Paul Fowler and 35-year-old Mary Bond. They had eight stolen batteries in their vehicle. Police said they were selling the oil field chemical pump batteries to a metal recycling business in southeast Oklahoma City. They only received about $300 for the batteries, but it has cost the oilfield lease companies $10,000.
