Moore Officer, Civilian Injured In Crash During Pursuit

A Moore police officer and a civilian were taken to the hospital after their vehicles collided at an intersection during a chase early Monday morning.

Police began chasing a stolen care in Moore and pursued the vehicle until the accident occurred. The police vehicle had its sirens and lights on, but another driver reportedly failed to yield at the intersection of S.E. 29th and Sunnylane and hit the officer's vehicle.

The suspect in the stolen car took off on foot and has yet to be found.
