Well, we didn't break our record high temperature in OKC yesterday, but we came close! Today will be a much different story. We'll still manage to stay above our normal high temperature, but with a strong north wind at 20 to 30 mph, it will feel much cooler outside. We'll also have a few more clouds than yesterday.
Fire danger will be a big concern today again, especially in southwest Oklahoma where winds will be strong and the humidity will be lowest.
Our cooling trend continues early this week before it bottoms out on Tuesday as our next storm system arrives. It also looks like the best chance of rain we've seen in Oklahoma in some time! Look for a cold, raw, windy, wet day on Tuesday.
We'll clear out on Wednesday and stay cool through Friday before warmer temperatures arrive next weekend!
