STILLWATER, Oklahoma -

An attorney for a woman charged in the fatal OSU homecoming parade crash said the State is adding 12 more victims in its case against the suspect.

In October, 2015, the District Attorney's office charged Adacia Chambers with four counts of second degree murder and for the injuries of 46 others. A judge ruled the trial will move forward despite the defense attorney's mental evaluation stating Chambers is not competent for trial.

On Tuesday, February 16, Chambers’ Attorney Tony Coleman told News 9 that the State is dropping two people who were listed as victims but should not have been added to that list. Prosecutors are adding 12 victims, including family members of minor children who were victims in the crash, and family members of some of those killed in the crash.

A preliminary hearing for Chambers is set to take place on April 7.
