OKLAHOMA CITY -

A 20-year-old Oklahoma City man confesses to shooting and then decapitating his grandparents Tuesday afternoon.

Court documents allege Quinton Laster told police he killed his grandparents 59-year-old Sharon Reed, and her 79-year-old husband J.R. Reed.

Sharon Reed’s sister told News 9 Laster moved in with his grandparents two years ago, after having issues living with his mother.

Police found the bodies after one of Reed’s neighbors, Jerry Lyons, called 911 just after Quinton Laster showed up at his front door.

“He seemed to be in quite a panic, you know frightened,” Lyons said Wednesday. “And I saw this gun hanging out of his pocket. And I said, ‘What the hell are you doing with that?’”

Lyons said Laster then climbed into a green SUV and drove away. That’s when Lyons called 911. Police arrested Laster at his grandparents’ home a short time later.
