Senate Committee Shoots Down Religious Exception Bill

<p>A bill, considered by the LGBTQ community to be the most damaging legislation to come out of the session, has officially died in committee.</p>

A bill, considered by the LGBTQ community to be the most damaging legislation to come out of the session, has officially died in committee.

Senate Bill 1328 would have allowed businesses to turn refuse customers, if merchants disagreed with the customer on moral or religious issue. The bill was shot down in a Senate Judiciary Committee.
