Slight Chance Of Rain, Wintry Mix Wednesday Evening

A couple of waves of energy will be impacting parts of the state. Currently, the first wave is moving through Oklahoma.

There’s a slight chance of light rain in the forecast Wednesday evening for the OKC metro with a wintry mix possible north. Temperatures will drop to around 30 degrees Wednesday night with a slight chance of freezing drizzle. There could be some slick spots on your Thursday morning commute but nothing widespread.

Skies stay cloudy Thursday with highs topping out in the upper 30’s. There will be a chance of snow in eastern Oklahoma by Thursday afternoon while the rest of us stay dry.
