Cold Front Moves South Across Oklahoma Thursday Night

A cold front will continue to move south across the state Thursday night.

Temperatures will cool into the low 30’s Friday morning with rain chances staying in eastern Oklahoma. Mostly sunny skies return with highs topping out in the low 50’s and a breezy north wind by the afternoon.

Our next storm system arrives Friday night into early Saturday. Right now, there is only a slight chance the OKC metro sees a light wintry mix Saturday morning. Chances look better south. Temperatures will climb to the mid 40’s under mostly cloudy skies Saturday afternoon.
