Guilt Free Ranch Chicken Tenders
1 package chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper
ADD:
1 tablespoon garlic and onion Mrs. Dash
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the flour in a bowl, and the Ranch dressing and Egg beaters in another bowl and then Panko bread crumbs and parmesan in another bowl. To coat your chicken: dredge your chicken in the flour, then dip it in the egg mixture. Make sure to coat thoroughly. Dredge the chicken in the Panko mixture and place on the parchment paper. Continue till all of the tenders are on the baking sheet. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Half way through cooking, turn the tenders to allow them to brown on all sides. Remove from the oven and serve!
