Police arrested two teenage girls they say punched a woman in the face at a Tulsa church parking lot and took her SUV.
Officers were called to St. Mary's Catholic Church in the 1300 block of East 49th Place just before 7 p.m. Sunday.
Police said the victim told them she was sitting in her 2010 Chevy Tahoe when a teenager opened the door, hit her in the face and pulled her out. The victim said the first teenager and another teenage girl then got in and drove off.
Police used OnStar to track the SUV to Pine and Lewis where they began chasing it. OnStar turned off the Tahoe in 2600 block of East Woodrow Street and police said the two teens got out and ran. Police arrested them quickly.
Officers identify one suspect as Kenna Lowe, 18. They said the other suspect is only 15 years old.
Police booked Lowe into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of eluding and robbery by force and fear. Jail records show she is being held on a $50,500 bond with a court appearance set for January 19.
They booked the 15-year-old girl on complaints of strong armed robbery and obstruction.
