BETHANY, Oklahoma -

The Oklahoma City Fire Department along with the Bethany Fire Department say two tank batteries are on fire near NW 50th and Rockwell Sunday afternoon.

Just after 1:10 p.m., crews responded to the industrial site following the reported fire. Multiple units have been dispatched including a HAZMAT team and a foam trailer.

OKCFD believes the piping on top of the tanks may be what is burning at this time.

Crews have blocked off the area at NW 50 west of Rockwell for about half a mile. Drivers are urged to find alternate routes.
