Agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) arrested a Moore man Monday morning, accusing him of sex crimes against women.

According to the OSBI, 11 women have come forward against Robert Wonsch, 34, a process server for a local company in Moore.

The OSBI says it was first contacted by Oklahoma City police about the allegations while they were investigating a case of embezzlement. They spent months investigating the allegations and interviewing the women who came in contact with this process server. Many of them were coming in seeking help with a divorce when they say Wonsch took advantage of them.

Agents with the OSBI state the alleged assaults trace back to January of last year when Wonsch worked for the Express Documents and Mediations office in Moore. The company specialized in quick, cheap, uncontested divorces. But the women claim Wonsch would offer to waive or reduce his fees in exchange for sexual favors.

“It ranges from him groping women to him having oral sex with women,” said Jessica Brown, a spokesperson for the OSBI.

According to a letter from Express Documents legal team, Wonsch and his company, R&K Private Investigations, LLC, was an independent contractor who did process serving and rented office space from Express. They say Express was first contacted last spring about the allegations against Wonsch and promptly severed ties with him.

The OSBI says in one case, Wonsch refused to allow at least one client to leave his office until she agreed to his demands. And the OSBI says he used other forms of intimidation as well.

“One of the things he did which concerns us, is that he showed some of these victims a badge and a gun,” said Brown. “Coercing them into performing different sexual acts. “

Right now all the court records against Robert Wonsch are sealed, but he was booked in on a total of 10 felony counts including sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy and kidnapping. He's also accused of soliciting prostitution and impersonating a public officer.

OSBI agents arrested Wonsch at his home in Moore early Monday morning and took him in for questioning. And they believe there may be more potential victims out there.

“Some of them may be ashamed to come forward but we need them to come forward and talk to us so we can make sure this man does not have the opportunity to do this again,” said Brown.

For now, Wonsch is being held in the Cleveland County jail without bond. He is yet to be formally charged.
