Mild Christmas Gives Way To Possible Winter Storm In OK

Posted: Updated:
OKLAHOMA CITY -

Partly cloudy skies stick around Tuesday night and with a gusty south wind temperatures only drop to the mid-40s overnight.

A cold front will come through early Wednesday shifting our wind to the northwest. Highs top out in the low 60s under mostly sunny skies.

Christmas Eve and Day are still looking good for any traveling. Mostly sunny skies are expected on Thursday with highs in the upper 50s and a breezy north wind. Clouds increase on Friday with highs in the mid-60s and a breezy south wind.

The weekend ahead still looks like a mess. Heavy rain is likely on Saturday with the potential for a wintry mix and snow on Sunday.
