After a cool and sunny Friday, temperatures cool down quickly this evening into the 30’s. We’ll continue with the clear skies overnight with temperatures bottoming out into the 20’s and 30’s.
So, a chilly start on our Saturday but a beautiful afternoon is expected for December. Under abundant sunshine, temperatures will warm up into the upper 50’s. South winds will increase through the day to 15-25mph. By Saturday night, the south winds ahead of our next weather system will start to spread clouds across the region.
By Sunday, we’ll see plenty of cloud cover across the region but with limited moisture. Don’t expect much in the way of rain. We could see some morning drizzle and maybe a few showers during the afternoon east of Oklahoma City. Temperatures however, will be quite warm for December in the 60’s across the state under a south breeze.
As we head into Christmas week, we’ll continue with the quiet and mild conditions with plenty of 50’s for highs and into the 60’s for Christmas Eve and day. Have a great weekend!
