Storms To Pop Up Along Cold Front Saturday Evening In NW OK

A few scattered showers and storms have already been popping up in central Oklahoma. More storms will fire along the cold front Saturday evening in northwest Oklahoma and move east.

Storms will move from west to east across the state late Saturday evening and overnight. A few of these storms could become strong to severe with hail and damaging wind possible, more so in western Oklahoma. The threat for severe storms in central Oklahoma is lower but not zero.

Storms will continue to track east Sunday morning with chances for rain lessening in the metro as we go through early afternoon. Highs will be more seasonal Sunday with temperatures in the upper 50s as we end the weekend.
