Oklahoma State special teams coordinator Robby Discher is heading to Toledo where he will serve in the same position plus take on coaching duties with receivers and tight ends, according to multiple reports.

Discher came to Oklahoma State from Sam Houston State as a grad assistant in 2014. The Cowboys’ special teams were much improved in 2014-15 with Ben Grogan going 41-of-41 on extra points and 22-of-28 on field goals, Kip Smith averaging 41.8 yards-per-punt and Tyreek Hill returning two kickoffs and a punt for touchdowns.

This season Grogan is 59-of-62 on extra points and 14-of-18 on field goals, freshman Zach Sinor averages 40.3 yards-per-punt, freshman Jeff Carr averages 20.3 yards on kickoff returns and freshman Jalen McClesky averages 5.7 yards-per-punt return with one touchdown.
