We are following several crime stories across the metro and state, from shootings to court appearances.

One person was shot Tuesday night in a metro neighborhood while they were just riding in a car. The shooting happened near N.E. 10th and Post Road.

One person was taken to the hospital. Investigators said it may have been an accident. No arrests have been made.

Oklahoma City police found a man with a gunshot wound lying in the breezeway of an apartment complex near Council and Melrose Lane. The victim's injuries are non-life threatening. There is no suspect description at this time.

Stillwater homecoming crash suspect, Adacia Chambers, has a competency evaluation set for this week. She was arrested in October after police said she drove around a barricade and into the crowd, killing four people.

It was the surprise of a lifetime for an Oklahoma City fast food chain landed a man behind bars. Police said Clayton Davidson fell through the ceiling of the McDonalds at N.W. 23rd and Penn., naked.

According to the police report officers found Davidson still naked a couple streets over. His clothes and a bottle of booze were found in the ceiling.
