Jurors Deliberate Fate Of Daniel Holtzclaw Into Overnight Hours

OKLAHOMA CITY -

A jury is deliberating the fate of former Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw. 

The jury went into deliberation just after 5 p.m. Monday. The jury was still deliberating as of 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The jury, made up of eight men and four women, have been behind closed doors going over six weeks worth of testimony, including closing arguments from both the prosecution and the defense.

Holtzclaw was charged with 36 felony counts and is accused of sexually assaulting 13 women in a northeast Oklahoma City neighborhood that he patrolled.
