OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers are mobilizing to help homeowners statewide remove trees and limbs on private property damaged by the storms.

Priority will be given to the elderly, people with disabilities, people with access and functional needs and single mothers.

Volunteers will conduct an assessment on each property before debris removal begins. Requests for service will be prioritized based on the severity of the situation.

Homeowners in need can call one of three numbers to request for help:

  • (405) 443-7583
  • (405) 388-6912
  • (405) 415-5261

Disaster Relief assistance call lines are answered by volunteers during normal business hours, 8 am to 5 pm weekdays. Due to high phone call volume, people may also use the web form to request assistance
