My 2 Cents: CIA Head Says Americans Need To Be Quite Vigilant

I was not shocked by the terrorist attacks in Paris. I've been expecting it somewhere in the west.

Let's be honest, as we watched that bloody scene, we were asking ourselves could they hit again, and could they hit near me?

The CIA director said yesterday it wasn't a one-off event; there may be more in the pipeline.

ISIS leaders have said America is their prime target, American blood is best and we will taste it soon, they threaten.

And our FBI director has confirmed they have ongoing ISIS investigations in all 50 states.

I have a tremendous amount of confidence in our law enforcement on all levels, but when the head of the CIA says Americans need to be quite vigilant, I don't take it lightly.

But I know too I don't want my kids or future grandkids to live under this kind of threat.

It's time for America to take back the lead on this fight. Most of the world will follow when they see us truly unleash the terrible might of the U.S. military on ISIS once and for all.

I'm Kelly Ogle and that's My 2 Cents.
