Diaz was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of first-degree murder, in connection to his wife’s death.

Neighbors told police that shortly before the shooting, the two were on the roof of the house arguing.

Diaz-Martinez’s death is Oklahoma City’s 78th homicide of 2015, according to police.
