The woman accused of driving a car into a crowd of people at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade has been formally charged for the crime.
Adacia Chambers, 25, is charged with four counts of Second-Degree murder and 46 counts of Assault for the Oct. 24 incident.

Chambers' attorney Tony Coleman filed paperwork at the court clerk’s office Monday, asking for a mental evaluation for Chambers. Coleman said he did not think Chambers was driving under the influence at the time, but was mentally ill.
Chambers remains in jail in Stillwater on a $1-million bond.
