A Mustang High School English teacher was arrested on a drug charge Monday evening, in a case that stems from another drug arrest made back in September.

Narcotics investigators with the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Kimberly Struble at a home in the 700 block of Woodlawn Dr. in Yukon after obtaining a search warrant.

Investigators got the warrant based on a previous search of the home back on Sept. 21, when 30-year-old Adam Aragon was arrested.

The initial investigation began at the end of August, when investigators learned that illegal drugs might be being sold at the home. After looking into the matter, authorities moved in on Sept. 21 and found multiple bags of drugs including marijuana, methamphetamines, Adderall and hashish. They also found digital scales and cash, leading investigators to believe the house was being used for drug sales.

At the time of his arrest, Aragon told authorities that he and Struble moved from California together, where he was wanted for a felony drug conviction. Aragon also told investigators that he was selling the drugs to support his own meth addiction. It was during this search that investigators learned Struble was a teacher at MHS.

The house was located across the street from a daycare and within 2,000 feet of Shedeck Elementary School. At this time, Aragon was arrested and booked into the Canadian County Jail on multiple drug offenses, including possession and distribution, and doing so near a school .

Because of all the drugs found in the September warrant sweep, investigators obtained a second warrant for Struble and arrested her at the Yukon home on Monday. Investigators say that while the second warrant was for possession of marijuana, they plan to file charges for Possession and Distribution on her as well.

Mustang Public Schools released a statement Tuesday, saying, "Around 1 p.m. today we were made aware of allegations against one of our employees. We immediately launched our own investigation and, as always, will work with law enforcement. The individual has been suspended pending our investigation."

Struble was booked into the Canadian County Jail on a $25,000 bond. She has already bonded out.
